Makalede Köktürk harfli Altay yazıtlarından Bar-Burgazı II (A 21) yazıtı ele alınarak üzerinde okuma ve anlamlandırma denemesi yapılmıştır. Daha önce tutuk şeklinde okunup unvan olarak anlamlandırılan yazıt üzerinde epigrafik belgeleme yaptığımızda 6 harften oluşan yazıtın bir harfinin yanlış anlamlandırıldığı, bir harflin ise hiç okunmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. In this article, the last line of the Tuba III (E 51) of Yenisei inscription is handled. While the transcription and interpretation of the other lines of the inscription is a consensus among the scientists, the last line has been read and rendered in five different ways. According to us, among previous readings and meanings of the line in the form of mRBLBriTL:anRxmV, the most accurate recitation is by A. S. Amancolov.
