Altay Yazıtlarından Bar-Burgazı II (A 21) Yazıtı

Makalede Köktürk harfli Altay yazıtlarından Bar-Burgazı II (A 21) yazıtı ele alınarak üzerinde okuma ve anlamlandırma denemesi yapılmıştır. Daha önce tutuk şeklinde okunup unvan olarak anlamlandırılan yazıt üzerinde epigrafik belgeleme yaptığımızda 6 harften oluşan yazıtın bir harfinin yanlış anlamlandırıldığı, bir harflin ise hiç okunmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Örneğin, daha önce yazıt üzerinde çalışma yapan bilim adamları tarafından o, u seslerini bildiren U harfi olarak açıklanan işaret bizim epigrafik belgeleme çalışmamızın neticesinde m sesini yansıtan M harfi olduğu belli olmuştur. dZMtUt şeklindeki söz konusu yazıt tarafımızdan ‘tut(tu)m k(e)d’ olarak okunmuş ve ‘(Ben devleti) tuttum sağlam (sıkı)’ diye tercüme edilmiştir. Önerdiğimiz bu okuyuşa ve anlamlandırmaya göre bu yazıtı yazan kişi bir boyun begidir. Yazıtında da devletini iyi, sağlam yönettiğini belirtmiştir. -

İn this article have been conducted reading and interpreting experiments on the Bar-Burgazı inscription (A 21) on Altay inscriptions. This inscription was previously read as tutuk and perceived as title. When we do epigraphic documentation emerged that one mark of the inscription which consisting of six marks incorrectly interpreted and another one mark did not read at all. For example, the mark U described by scientists who work earlier on it inscription as the mark notifying sounds o, u. But as a result of our epigraphic documentation was certain that this mark is the mark M which reflects sound m. The Bar-Burgazı inscription in the form dZMtUt has been read as ‘tut(tu)m k(e)d’ and has been translated by us as ‘(I kept) state intact (tight)’. According to this reading and meaning that we suggest the person who wrote this inscription was the governor of tribe. -
