In this article we will focus on a famous rawī, named Ibn Lahīʿa. It is possible to find Ibn Lahīʿa, whose lineage is mentioned as ʿAbd Allah ibn Lahīʿa b. ʿUqba al-Miṣrī, frequently in early jarḥ-taʿdīl sources and muṣannaf works. But, especially from the view of ḥāadīth narrations and rijāl criticism, he is often mentioned negatively. Biological activities and chemical composition of Xanthoria lichens from Turkey

This study presents the biopharmaceutical potential and bioactive composition of Xanthoria lichens (X. candelaria, X. elegans, X. parietina) that wildly grown and traditionally utilized as medicine in North Eastern Anatolia, Turkey, which has specific microclimatic and ecological zones. Chromatographic findings revealed significant levels of parietin compound (35 to 49 mg/g extract), low levels of various fatty acids and a volatile compound; α-terpinene in the extracts. This study determined the chemical composition and antioxidant activity of sea-buckthorn grown in Issyk-Kul region, Kyrgyz Republic, during maturation from August to November. 2017-2018 yılları arasında Moğolistan’ın Orhun ve Selenge Havzası’nda yüzey araştırmaları gerçekleştirdik. 2017 yılında gerçekleştirilen çalışma boyunca Moğolistan’da 2.154 km yol katedilmiş, 3 aymak (bölge), 9 balık (şehir), 12 kült alanı ve kurgan merkezi, 4 runik yazıtlı belge (dikilitaş ve kaya üzeri yazmaları), 1 petroglif ve 7 müzede çalışma yapılmıştır. 2018 yılı yüzey araştırmamızda ise, 2.470 km yol katedilmiş, 2017 çalışmalarından farklı olarak 3 aymak, 2 balık ve manastır merkezi, 6 kült alanı, 9 kurgan merkezi, 2 petroglif alanı ve 2 müze ziyaret edilmiştir.
