Soviet Work Life and Labor Relations in Aitmatov's Works = Aytmatov’un Eserlerinde Sovyet Çalışma Hayatı ve Emekçi İlişkileri

The main purpose of this article is to understand the historical breaks and changes in Chingiz Aitmatov's views on Soviet working life and labor relations. His works on working life and labor relations will be analyzed by dividing them into two periods. His first works were written on the assumption that the promises of the Socialist Revolution for a new life were realized. Workers live a happy and prosperous life in harmony with the system and their environment. The problems of exploitation, stratification and social conflict have been resolved and the ontological security of the workers has been ensured. This view changes, acquiring a critical character in Goodbye Gulsariwhich belongs to the novels of the second period. The work questions the contradictions between the socialist worker and the socialist state; by demystifying the official discourses, it clarifies how the products and relations of collective farm workers are alienated from them in the planning and centralization processes. The detailed analysis of the novels The White Ship, The Day Lasts More Than a Hundred Years and The Place of the Skull, in which the author's critical approach to working life and labor relations, written during the Soviet period, remains in the background of cultural, moral and ecological criticism, has been excluded from the scope of this study in order not to force the format of the article.

Cengiz Aytmatov’un Sovyet çalışma hayatı ve emek ilişkilerine bakışındaki tarihsel kırılma ve değişimleri anlamak, bu makalenin ana amacını oluşturmaktadır. Onun çalışma hayatı ve emekilişkilerine dair eserleri iki döneme ayrılarak incelenecektir. İlk eserler, Sosyalist Devrim’in yeni hayata ilişkin vaatlerinin gerçekleştiği varsayımıyla yazılmıştır. Emekçiler, sistemle ve çevreleriyleuyumlu, mutlu, müreffeh bir hayat yaşarlar. Sömürü, tabakalaşma ve toplumsal çatışma sorunları çözülmüş ve emekçilerin ontolojik güvenliği sağlanmıştır. Bu bakış, ikinci döneme ait Elveda Gülsarı romanında değişerek eleştirel bir nitelik kazanır. Eser, sosyalist emekçi ve sosyalist devlet arasındaki çelişkileri sorgular; resmî söylemleri demistifiye ederek, planlama ve merkezileştirme süreçlerindekolhoz emekçilerinin ürün ve ilişkilerinin kendilerine nasıl yabancılaştığına açıklık getirir. Yazarın Sovyetler Birliği döneminde kaleme aldığı çalışma hayatı ve emek ilişkilerine eleştirel yaklaşımının kültürel, ahlaki ve ekolojik eleştirilerin arka planında kaldığı Beyaz Gemi, Gün Olur Asra Bedel ve Dişi Kurdun Rüyaları romanlarının detaylı analizi, makale formatını zorlamamak için bu çalışmanın kapsamı dışında bırakılmıştır.
