Abdıkerim ABDULLAYEVKyrgyzstan is among the mother lands of apple and thus quite rich in apple genetic resources. This study was conducted to determine S-allele profiles of apple genotypes collected from different regions of Kyrgyzstan. The apple materials used belonged to 4 different species (M. domestica, M. kirghisorum, M. sieversii, M. niedzwetzkyana) and a total of 137 genotypes were evaluated in the study. Scorable bands were obtained with the use of 11 primer combinations and band lengths varied between 210 /- 50 and 700 /- 50 bp. Present findings revealed ...MoreArticle2022Erwerbs-ObstbauSpringer95 Views
Abdıkerim ABDULLAYEVThere isn't any concrete consensus about the origin of domesticated apple. However, it is generally thought that the origin of this apple primarily comes from M. sieversii, also known as Central Asia wild apple. The second significant contribution is thought to be supplied by M. sylvestris. Central Asia is an important origin region for apples. Within this region, mountainous and forestlands of Kyrgyzstan constitute a significant source for wild apple species. The present study was conducted to put forth the genetic relationships between 65 acc ...MoreArticle2019Erwerbs-ObstbauSpringer76 Views
Abdıkerim ABDULLAYEVToday, several fruit species are used for different purposes in alternative medicine. Among those species, barberry species are commonly used in treatment of various diseases. Abdıkerim ABDULLAYEVApple is among the most widely grown fruit species worldwide. It is included in the genus Malus and there are several species of apple. Although a consensus is not available about the origin of domesticated apples, it is widely accepted that Malus sieversii, known as Central Asia wild apple, was the primary progenitor of apples. Central Asia is a quite significant origin center of apple and harbors different species and a great diversity. In this study, genetic relations among 79 apple materials belonging to 4 different species (M. domestica, M ...MoreArticle2020Research Journal of BiotechnologyWorld Researchers Associations, India135 Views
Selahattin ÇINAR Abdıkerim ABDULLAYEVThis research was carried out in 2018 in order to determine the hay yields, forage qualities botanical compositions and range conditions of 5 different natural rangelands located at different altitudes the Chuy Region, Kyrgyzstan. In the rangelands, the ratio of plant coverage was 96.0-98.0%, the ratio of grasses, legumes, other plant families in the plant covered area was 24.5-48.1%, 4.7-24.0%, 36.2-63.8%, respectively. In the rangelands, the rate of decreaser, increaser and invader species was 37.0%, 7.3% and 55.7%, respectively.
