The article attempts to determine the national specificity of the concept learning in German and Russian by means of free association experiment. In the experiment, intermediate school students from different types of institutions of learning in Germany and Russia took part. The resulting associate words made it possible to reveal the general and nationally specific in the conceptual sphere of the students, and also to determine the attitude towards German and Russian teaching of schoolchildren. Comparison of Rheological and Colorimetric Measurements to Determine α-amylase Activity for Malt Used for the Beverage Bozo

In the current study, rheological and colorimetric methods were compared for determination of α-amylase activity of grain malt, used for Kyrgyz traditional fermented beverage Bozo. The highest α-amylase activity determined by colorimetric method was found in barley malt (32.83 A), followed by wheat (32.09 A), and was lowest in millet malt (10.82 A) and maize malt (10.76 A). Rheological parameters of millet porridge without and with malt were studied. The aim of this study was to determine the physiological, hematological parameters and ANAE positivity of donkeys in Kyrgyzstan. Animals (n=24) were clinically examined and blood samples were taken. The average pulsation and respiration rates of male and female donkeys were measured as 52.25±9.27; 49.16±4.80 beats/minute and 18.41±4.21; 18.58±3.30 breaths/minute, respectively. Effects of using ethanol-biodiesel-diesel fuel in single cylinder diesel engine to engine performance and emissions

In this study, biodiesel was produced from safflower seeds by converting the raw oil obtained through dampening them via the rolling process, roasting at 90 °C and pressing into Safflower Oil Methyl Esther (Safflower Biodiesel) using the trans-esterification method. Experimental fuels were obtained in the forms of D100, B2.5M2.5D95, B5M5D90, B5M2.5D92.5 and B2.5M5D92.5 by mixing the biodiesel fuel obtained from safflower with diesel fuel, adding bio-ethanol at the rates of 2.5% and 5%, and volumetrically in inverse ratio.
