In this work we have evaluated the running time of four integer factorization algorithms, namely, trial division algorithm, Fermat algorithm, Pollard rho and Brent algorithms. Implementation of these algorithms was performed in three ways on c programming language, on c programming language, using GMP 6.0.0 library and on CUDA architecture to run on GPU. This study aimed to explore the relationship between human development index (HDI) of countries and level of web accessibility and quality in use of their municipality websites. A list of 146 countries was obtained from the 2016 Global Human Development Report of the United Nations. In this study, the perceived quality of higher education in the Kyrgyz Republic was analysed from the students' perspective.
