Для достоверности положений развиваемой теории рассматриваются несколько доказательств: историческое, историко-хронологическое, культуролого-археологическое, языково-лингвистическое, музыкально-культурологическое, медико-генетическое. Кроме того, используются описательно-исторический метод, анализ, синтез, индуктивный и дедуктивный методы, а также архивные материалы.
