Bu çalışmada günümüzde Türk cumhuriyetlerinin Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyetler Birliği (SSCB) öncesi, SSCB sonrası ve Bologna sürecidönemindekieğitim faaliyetlerininincelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu sebeple Türk halkalarının SSCB öncesi eğitimde birlik faaliyetleri, SSCB dönemi eğitim sistemleri ve Bologna sürecibağlamında Türk devletlerinin eğitim sistemleri araştırılmıştır.
