Kırgızistan’da Uzaktan Eğitime Yönelik Öğretmen Tutumlarının İncelenmesi

Bu araştırmada Kırgızistan’da uzaktan eğitime yönelik öğretmen tutumlarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Betimsel tarama modelindeki araştırmanın örnekleminde 3818 öğretmen bulunmaktadır. Çalışmanın verileri 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında “Uzaktan Eğitim Tutum Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Ölçek, Uzaktan Eğitimin Avantajları ve Uzaktan Eğitimin Sınırlılıkları adlı iki faktörden oluşmaktadır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistikler, t-testi ve ANOVA analizleri kullanılmıştır. Cultural education activities of the Soviet Union in Kyrgyzstan (1925-1927)

The aim of this study is to investigate the activities of the Soviet Union in the context of cultural transformation and change in Kyrgyzstan between 1925 and 1927. For this purpose, the data from the Kyrgyzstan state archives were examined, and the cultural education institutions of the Soviet Union and their functions were noted.
