Kontrol Odağı ve Girişimcilik Eğilimi İlişkisi: KTMÜ Öğrencileri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Bu çalışma kontrol odağı ile girişimcilik eğilimi arasındaki ilişkileri ve cinsiyet, yaş ve gelir düzeyinin bireylerin kontrol odağı türü ve girişimcilik eğilimlerini farklılaştırıp farklılaştırmadığını belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma Kırgızistan-Türkiye Manas Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesinde eğitim gören 219 öğrenci üzerinde yapılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Rotter’in Kontrol Odağı Ölçeği ile Girişimcilik Eğilimi Ölçeği kullanılmıştır.
