In this study, Abbas fig variety grown in Kahramanmaraş province of Turkey was used.Abbas fig variety was covered with peppermint oil, an essential oil variety, and stored at 4°C for 5 weeks in bags prepared with modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) technology. Türkiye’nin Değişik Yerlerinden Selekte Edilen Bazı Dut (Morus spp.) Türlerinin Doğu Akdeniz Bölgesi’nde Performanslarının Belirlenmesi

Bu çalışma Türkiye’de değişik illerden selekte edilen parmak dut (Morus levigata Wall.) ve mor dut (Morus rubra L.) türlerine ait ümitvar genotiplerin Doğu Akdeniz Bölgesi koşullarına adaptasyonlarını belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Ağaçlardan alınan meyve örneklerinde fenolojik gözlem, pomolojik analiz (meyve eni, boyu, meyve ağırlığı, meyve sap uzunluğu, asitlik ve SÇKM miktarı) ve C vitamini (Askorbik asit) tayini incelenmiştir.
