A macroanatomic study on the facial vein and its branches in the Van cat

In this study, five adult Van cats of both sexes, which were obtained from the Van Cat Research Centre, were used as materials. After the washing of the veins of the cats with saline via an external jugular vein, latex was injected via the same vessel into the vein system. Then, materials were fixed and after solidification of the latex, the veins were dissected, identified and presented in images. Bu çalışma yerli ördeklerin cloaca’sının yerini, komşuluklarını, makroskobik ve subgross yapılarını belirlemek amacı ile her iki cinsiyetten altı adet hayvan kullanılarak yapıldı. Bu amaçla anestezi sonrası uyutulan ördeklerin cloaca’sı ve bağırsaklarına tespit, yıkama, alkol ve aseton serisi, gliserola gömme, alkyd resin içeren vernik ve tiner solüsyonunu emdirme ve kurutma işlemleri uygulandı. Kafkas Vaşağında (Lynx lynx dinniki) Nervus Phrenicus’un Orijini, Seyri ve Dağılımı

Bu araştırma, Kafkas vaşaklarının (Lynx lynx dinniki) nervus phrenicus’unun orijin, seyir ve dağılımını makroanatomik olarak açığa çıkarmak amacı ile yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla üç dişi ölü hayvan materyalinin damar sistemi temizlendikten sonra %10 formaldehit ile kadavrası hazırlandı. Daha sonra bu materyallerin çift taraflı nervus phrenicus’u canalis vertebralis’ten çıkış yerinde, boyunda ve cavum thoracica’da diseke edildikten sonra sinirin orijini, seyri ve dağılımı fotoğraflanmıştır. This study was performed on the tendons and muscles of two Anatolian bobcats (Lynx lynx). The research materials were donated by Republic of Turkey Ministry of the Forestry and Water Affairs Sivas Branch Manager. To achieve this objective, dissection and radiography were applied to two dead specimens. Digit I is radiographically rudimentary in the forepaw.
