Dil düşüncenin en somut şekilde kendini gösterdiği alandır. Düşünceler dil kalıplarına, cümlelere ve kelimelere dökülerek ifade edilir, aktarılır. Dolayısıyla cümle de düşünce ya da düşünce kalıpları şeklinde ifade edilir. Cümle içerisinde temsil edilen kavramlar ancak cümle içerisinde sınıflandırmaya tabi tutulabilmektedir. Основные идеи проведения реформы были заложены в декрете «О социализации земли».
