Occupational Burnout at the American University of Central Asia in Kyrgyzstan

The main purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an occupational burnout within the American University-Central Asia or there is not. Occupational burnout is a type of emotional stress resulting in exhaustion, feeling of meaninglessness, lack of enthusiasm and inefficiency at the work place. Burnout consists of three scales: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment. During the research the surveying method was used. The questionnaire included demographic questions and Maslach Burnout Inventory questions.

Economic and socio-cultural impacts of the world nomad games

The World Nomad Games (WNG) is a new form of large-scale events in the world. Thus, little empirical research is focused on understanding perceived impacts of the WNG and behavioural tendencies of the host community.
