An author’s and world concept of “good” and “bad” in the story by Chinghiz Aitmatov’s “The White Steamship” (1988) are investigated in this article. The individual and author’s outlook of Ch. Aitmatov and the Kyrgyz national outlook of concepts of “good” and “bad” are defined, the general human national values, views, and the general national ideas are also determined.
