Water is an effective additive to fuel oil to reduce the concentration of soot in the gas phase

Mirlan MOLDOBAYEV | Kubat KEMELOV | Zarlık MAYMEKOV

Soot is one of the products of incomplete combustion of hydrocarbon fuels. It has the property of adsorption of active and carcinogenic substances on the surface of soot particles. In this regard, in burner equipment of medium and small power, it is required to develop and implement effective environmental measures to reduce emissions of soot particles. In this paper, the fuel oil-water-air system at a wide temperature range (T500-3000K) was studied and the ratio of gas-liquid flows (water content in fuel oil 5-15) at the maximum entropy of the system and the formation of soot in flue gases wa ...More

Asymptotics of the solution of the hyperbolic system with a small parameter

Asan ÖMÜRALİEV | Ella ABILAYEVA

Asymptotic study of singularly perturbed differential equations of hyperbolic type has received relatively little attention from researchers. In this paper, the asymptotic solution of the singularly perturbed Cauchy problem for a hyperbolic system is constructed. In addition, the regularization method for singularly perturbed problems of S. A. Lomov is used for the first time for the asymptotic solution of a hyperbolic system. It is shown that this approach greatly simplifies the construction of the asymptotics of the solution for singularly perturbed differential equations of hyperbolic type.

Prediction of the formation of low-molecular components, particles, and condensed phases during thermal destruction of oil-contaminated soil

Kubat KEMELOV | Zarlık MAYMEKOV

In this study, thermodynamic modelling of the process of thermal destruction of oil-contaminated soil of Ozenmunaigas JSC, which includes compounds such as carbon, silicon, aluminum, iron, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, chromium, phosphorus, manganese, copper, titanium, molybdenum, nickel, vanadium, and water, was carried out. The physicochemical and thermodynamic parameters of the complex system were calculated at P0.1 MPa, T598-3000 K. The concentration distribution of components, particles, and condensed phases in the gas phase has been established. In the process of thermal destruc ...More

Investigation of chemical, sensory, and rheological properties of Kyrgyz ethnic fermented beverage from cereals during cold storage

Canıl İSKAKOVA

Maksym is a Kyrgyz ethnic beverage made from milled cereals such as wheat, barley, or maize, boiled in water, and then fermented using yeast and lactic acid bacteria as a starter culture. The aim of this study was to investigate the changes in the consistency and sensory properties of Maksym after industrial production during refrigerated storage. The acidity of the beverage increases and the total soluble solids decrease after 21 days. The amount of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) and yeast after production were 9.36 and 9.46 log cfu/mL, respectively. After 21 days it is indicated that the amount ...More

Antibiotic residuals removal via novel fabricated hydrogel from 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and sodium methacrylate

Urmat Coldoşbek Uulu | Nahit AKTAŞ

In this study, poly(2-hydroxyethyl-sodium methacrylate) (p(HEMA-SMA)) hydrogels were synthesized as a novel adsorbent to remove antibiotic residues from environmental samples. [p(HEMA-SMA)] co-polymers were synthesized by the free radical photopolymerization method. Synthesized hydrogels were characterized by different methods such as Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), elemental and scanning electron microscope (SEM), and surface area calculations. The average size surface area of the synthesized hydrogels were 1.515 µm. Penicillin G (Pen. G) was used as the sample antibiotic for ...More

Biotechnological valorization of sugar beet wastes into value-added products

Acar Makambay Kızı | Ayçürök MACİTOVA

The sugar beet processing in the sugar production industry releases huge amounts of sugar beet pulp, lime residue, and molasses, which can be considered a valuable by-product as a source of cellulose, hemicellulose, and pectin. Sugar beet pulp is often used as a high-energy, low-protein supplement for ruminants to promote optimal rumen health and increase milk production. However, it cannot be used in large quantities and is thrown away, causing environmental pollution. Valorizing sugar beet processing wastes via biotechnological approaches into value-added products is cost-effective and eco-f ...More

Chemical Characteristics and Biotechnological Potentials of Mumio

Yılmaz KAYA

Mumio is a valuable substance that ranges in color from pale brown to blackish-brown and is obtained from rock layers in various mountain ranges worldwide, particularly in the Tien Shan ranges of Kyrgyzstan. It is also a natural chemical found largely in the Himalayas, created over ages by the progressive degradation of particular plants by bacteria. Mumio is essentially a nutraceutical product with considerable human health advantages. To fully appreciate the predicted impact of mumio use in the medical area, particularly in neurological sciences, more research at both the fundamental biology ...More

A new approach for the bigeometric newton method

Ercan ÇELİK

In this study, quadratic convergent new bigeometric Newton's method (nBGNM) was developed. For this, the basic definitions and theorems of bigeometric analysis, which is one of the non-Newtonian analysis, were used. Using the bigeometric Taylor expansion, a convergence analysis of this new method was given. Also, the new bigeometric Newton method (nBGNM) was compared in detail with the geometric (multiplicative) Newton method (GNM) and the classical Newton method (NM). Keyword: bigeometric analysis; bigeometric newton method; quadratic convergence; bigeometric taylor expansion

Development Of Haccp Plan For Flour Production Line = Un Üretim Hattında HACCP Planının Uygulanması

Ece SEMERCİOĞLU | Aydaykan KASIMAKUNOVA | Ruslan ADİL AKAY TEGİN

In this study, it is aimed to determine the critical control points of a flour production line in a millot Kyrgyzstan. Hazard analysis of the production line was done and 5 different critical control points have been identified and corresponding process steps are classified as follows: Reseiving of wheat, storage of wheat, removal of foreign materials by metal magnite, storage of ready-made product without packaging, storage of ready-made product. The safety of control points outside the critical control points is ensured by prerequisite programs. The HACCP Plan has been established for the pr ...More

Определение аминокислотного состава коровьего молока методом жидкостной хроматографии с применением предколоночной дериватизации = Determination of Amino Acid Composition of Cow’s Milk by Liquid Chromatography Using Precolumn Derivatization

Ayçürök MACİTOVA | Asılbek KULMIRZAYEV
