Wheat gene pool of Kyrgyzstan

Mira CUNUSOVA

A botanical and ecological study of locally collected material showed that wheat landraces are represented in a very wide variety of ecological and morphological forms scattered in different areas of Kyrgyzstan. In total, 60 subspecies of spring wheat belonging to 6 species are found in Kyrgyzstan. There are several ecological groups on the territory of Kyrgyzstan. The most common ecotypes, rigidum and subrigidum, are related to Iranian-Asian subspecies. At present, about 80 varieties of the Kyrgyz wheat of Kazakh breeding and breeding of the CIS countries are successfully passing the state va ...More

On the asymptotics of solution of one problem of optimal control of the small-parameter parabolic equation

Asan ÖMÜRALİEV | Ramiz RAFATOV

For the singularly perturbed parabolic problem, a regularized asymptotics of the solution of the problem of optimal control was constructed. The solution asymptotics involves parabolic boundary-layer functions obeying a special function called the “complementary probability integral.

Minimum-energy control in the integro-differential linear systems

Ramiz RAFATOV

The problem of minimum-energy control in the integro-differential linear systems with Fredholm integral was solved using the N.N. Krasovskii method of the problem of moments. An explicit solution of the boundary problem for the integro-differential equation was established using the K.A. Kasymov method.

Asymptotics of solutions to the time-dependent Schrödinger equation with a small Planck constant

Asan ÖMÜRALİEV

A regularized asymptotics of the solution to the time-dependent Schrödinger equation in which the spatial derivative is multiplied by a small Planck constant is constructed. It is shown that the asymptotics of the solution contains a rapidly oscillating boundary layer function. - Keywords: singularly perturbed time-dependent Schrödinger equation regularized asymptotics solutions

Regularization of a two-dimensional singularly perturbed parabolic problem

Asan ÖMÜRALİEV

A regularized asymptotic expansion of the solution to a singularly perturbed two-dimensional parabolic problem in domains with boundaries containing corner points is constructed. The asymptotics of solutions to such problems contain ordinary boundary-layer functions, parabolic boundary-layer functions, and their products, which describe a corner boundary layer. - Keywords: singularly perturbed parabolic problems parabolic boundary layer regularized asymptotics

Dynamics of Microbiological Diversity of Soils in the Chu Valley during Land Use Change in Pastures

Nurzat TOTUBAYEVA

Soil microflora is one of the first to feel a negative impact and can serve as a biological indicator of changes in the soil structure and the degree of impact on the soil ecosystem. In 2020, studies were carried out at two sites located in the Shamshy Gorge in the Chui region of the Kyrgyz Republic. One of the plots was withdrawn from pasture use for one year in 2020 and two years in 2019 as compared to the actively used control option. The microbiological diversity was studied with conventional methods of microbiology. The micromycetes of the studied soils were represented in the dominance o ...More

New Voltammetric Approach to the Quantitation of Paracetamol in Tablets and Syrup using Chemometric Optimization Technique

Ali Osman SOLAK

A new voltammetric approach was developed for the determination of paracetamol in tablet and syrup samples using chemometric optimization. The method is based on the use of the gold nanoparticles-polyaniline (AuNPs-PA) modified pencil graphite electrode (PGE). Electrode system was fabricated by using the electrochemical reduction of gold on aniline modified pencil electrode to give gold nanoparticles. A 3(3) full factorial design was used to find optimal oxidation conditions of paracetamol on the AuNPs-PA-PGE. The optimal oxidation conditions of drug substance were found as -524 mV for the acc ...More

Solutions to systems of linear Fredholm integral equations of the third kind with multipoint singularities

Avıt ASANOV

A new approach is used to show that the solution for one class of systems of linear Fredholm integral equations of the third kind with multipoint singularities is equivalent to the solution of systems of linear Fredholm integral equations of the second kind with additional conditions. The existence, nonexistence, uniqueness, and nonuniqueness of solutions to systems of linear Fredholm integral equations of the third kind with multipoint singularities are analyzed
