В статье раскрывается теория древнего происхождения кыргызов, согласно которой гунны - это древние предки кыргызского этноса, а один из их предводителей, Аттила, происходит из народа кыргызов. Для достоверности положений развиваемой теории рассматриваются несколько доказательств: историческое, историко-хронологическое, культуролого-археологическое, языково-лингвистическое, музыкально-культурологическое, медико-генетическое. Кроме того, используются описательно-исторический метод, анализ, синтез, индуктивный и дедуктивный методы, а также архивные материалы.

Cultural education activities of the Soviet Union in Kyrgyzstan (1925-1927)

The aim of this study is to investigate the activities of the Soviet Union in the context of cultural transformation and change in Kyrgyzstan between 1925 and 1927. The article describes the Korean position with its particular parameters to understand the main motivations in the regional relationship. Comparative analysis of ideas about self efficacy in relation to special education and inclusive education

The aim of this study is to investigate whether there is a linear relationship between guidance counselors’ self-efficacy perceptions about special education and their attitudes towards inclusive education. The design of the study was based on the quantitative and descriptive survey research. The research group of the study consisted of 173 guidance counselors who were randomly selected among 246 guidance counselors working in public schools in Sakarya in the 2018-2019 academic year.

Cultural and ideological analysis of the 1947 'Sovetskaya Kirgiziya' documentary film

An ideological and cultural analysis was made to the documentary film 'Sovetskaya Kirgiziya' shot in 1947 for the memory of the twentieth anniversary of the Kyrgyz Soviet Socialist Republic. In this study, which uses discourse and content analysis methods, the text, images and sound of the documentary were examined separately. Монумент «Республика», который был построен на самой большой площади Стамбула Таксим в 1928 г., является одним из памятников, изображающих борьбу страны за независимость и модернизацию. В рамках исследования памятник был оценен с коммуникационной перспективы и исследован с помощью семиотического анализа.

International women’s day: ostensible celebrations or historical milestone of women’s emancipation

The article is devoted to the information coverage of 8 March International Women’s Day as a historical symbol of women’s struggle for changes in their lives and in society. We analysed the media coverage of it in Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Norway. The qualitative analysis shows that the general conditions of women were ignored and good looking and well-educated women were portrait to mark the activities of International Women’s Day.
