Poetics of the genre of the parable in drama by Mara Baidzhiev = Поэтика жанра притчи в драматургии Мара Байджиева

The article studies the poetics of the genre (the genre form) in a dramatic kind of literature. The subject of the scientific analysis is the plays of a famous Kyrgyz playwright Mar Baidjiev "We are men" and "An ancient tale", the latter is posited as drama by the writer, but according to the author of the article, both plays are considered to be parables. Reading Baidjiev's plays through the prism of parables significantly enriches their perception as a reader, researcher, and stage director.

The purpose of this research is to reveal the reasons that prompt hotel managers to employ foreign workers. In this study which used qualitative research method, the managers of 18 five-star hotels operating in Antalya were selected as the sample.
