Понятие «картина мира» выражает образно-понятийную копию Вселенной. У кыргызов она возникла на основе древнего мировоззрения тюрко-монгольских народов и, являясь духовным образованием, служила важным средством управления человеческой деятельностью, помогала ориентироваться в реальной жизни.

Этот стиль исполнения наполнен мужественной энергетикой языка жестов, созданного охотниками и воинами. Он напоминает о существовании этого языка в культурах кочевников.

Конференция была организована Институтом управления и регионального развития РАНХиГС совместно с Институтом стран Азии и Африки МГУ им. М. В. Ломоносова. В работе конференции приняли участие более 200 учёных из 15 государств, подтвердив огромный интерес научно-экспертного сообщества к проблемам двусторонних российско-монгольских отношений.

The paper presents the study of rheological properties of cake dough from composite mixture of wheat and amaranth flour using Mixolab, Alveolab of CHOPIN company (France). It presents the basic parameters of rheological profile of wheat flour of the first grade “Alia” (Tokmak) and composite wheat and amaranth flour, points of index: index of water absorption, index of stability to mixing, index of gluten, index of viscidity, stability of starch oramylolytic index, index of retrogradations of starch.

Preparation of stabilized silver and tin nanocomposites by electrical discharge

In this study silver and tin nanocomposites were synthesized by electro spark dispersion in ethanol. Resulting nanocomposite was characterized by using the powder x-ray diffraction and emission scanning electron microscopy. It was found by X-ray phase analysis that the product obtained by electro spark joint dispersion of silver and tin in ethanol consists of two phases: Ag3Sn and beta-Sn. In this study, the harmonic current responsibilites of the utility and the loads at the point of common coupling in the electrical system with the correlation analysis of measured current and voltage signals is discussed. Effect of surfactant materials to nanoparticles formation under pulsed plasma conditions and their antibacterial properties

Pulsed plasma between two Zn rods submerged into aqueous solution of cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) surfactants resulted in formation of pure ZnO nanorods, while the pulsed plasma between two Zn rods in water without surfactant yielded a mixture of ZnO and Zn nanoparticles.
