Araştırmada kullanılan genel karşılaştırma ölçütleri; eğitim felsefesi, eğitim sisteminin genel yapısı, öğrenme-öğretme ortamları ve eğitimde ölçme değerlendirme uygulamaları boyutlarıdır.
