Ancient Turkic Stone Statues at Tuura-Suu, Kyrgyzstan

Fully and partially preserved ancient Turkic stone statues discovered by the Kyrgyz archaeologists at Tuura-Suu, Issyk-Kul Region, Kyrgyzstan, are described with reference to the burial practices of the ancient Turks during the time when the Western Turkic and Tyurgesh states existed in the Tien Shan and Zhetysu. Weaponry, Adornments, and Garment Accessories from the Krasnyi Stroitel Site in the Chuy Valley of Kyrgyzstan

The article analyzes the findings from the destroyed site of Krasnyi Stroitel located on the bank of the Ala-Archa River at the northern outskirts of the city of Bishkek, in the Chuy Valley, Kyrgyzstan. In this area, now taken by a city dump, local school students accidentally found some valuable artifacts, including objects of gold and silver. The analysis of the findings allows determination of their function, time of existence, and cultural affiliation. Optimal distributed control for the processes of oscillation described by Fredholm integro-differential equations

In this paper we investigate the problem of distributed optimal control for the oscillation processes described by Fredholm integro-differential equations with partial derivatives when the function of the external source depends nonlinearly on the control parameters. We have developed an algorithm for finding approximate solutions of nonlinear optimization problems with arbitrary precision.
