On the Solvability of a Boundary Value Problem for Nonlinear Optimization of Oscillatory Processes

Elmira ABDILDAYEVA

The paper investigates the solvability of a boundary value problem in the control of an oscillatory process described by control in partial derivatives of the first order. It has been established that there are an infinite set of controls, as solutions to the system of nonlinear Fredholm integral equations of the first kind, each of which transfers the controlled process from the initial state to the final specified state in a specified time. Sufficient conditions for the existence of a nonlinear optimization solution are found.

A novel sensitive Cu(II) and Cd(II) nanosensor platform: Graphene oxide terminated p-aminophenyl modified glassy carbon surface

Ali Osman SOLAK

Graphene oxide (GO) based glassy carbon (GC) electrode has been prepared. Firstly, p-nitrophenyl (NP) modified GC (NP/GC) electrode was prepared via the electrochemical reduction of its tetraflouroborate diazonium salt. After the formation of NP/GC electrode, the negative potential was applied to NP/GC electrode to reduce the nitro groups to amine. p-Aminophenyl (AP) modified GC (AP/GC) electrode was immersed into a graphene oxide solution containing 1-ethyl-3(3-(dimethlyamino)propyl)-carbodiimide. Hence, we constructed GO terminated AP modified GC (GO/AP/GC) electrode. NP/GC, AP/GC and GO/AP/ ...More

Urgent Measures to Improve Food Quality and Safety Control in the Kyrgyz Republic

Asılbek KULMIRZAYEV

The chapter discusses the food quality and safety control system in the Kyrgyz Republic. Specifically, the chapter introduces current socio-economic situation, characterization of the domestic food market, and elements of the national food control system upon adopting a series of new regulations since 2004. The new food safety system is progressively setting up, but there are a number of problems that holds back the implementation of new approaches to the assurance of food safety. These problems are mainly related to the underdeveloped national economy and poor socio-economic status of the pop ...More

Modeling of recipes of special purpose bakery products

Nurudin KIDIRALİYEV

In this article the results of calculations of experimental-statistical methods are given, using the optimized contents of components in "Puff buns" and "Grain bars" recipes. The proposed products are balanced in the content of nutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates), contain a wide range of vitamins and essential amino acids, which allows expanding the consumer food market and more efficiently using vegetable resources. In order to obtain the percentage ratio of the components in the flour products composition, the complete factor experiment - a central compositional rotatable planning expe ...More

Magnetic nanoparticles preparation by chemical reduction for biomedical applications

Ruslan ADİL AKAY TEGİN

This work presents Fe3O4 and AgFe nanoparticles with an average diameter of 25 and 15 nm synthesized by chemical reduction of corresponding salts under a mild condition. Cubic crystal structure and spherical shape of the nanoparticles were studied by X-ray diffraction, Field emission SEM and energy-dispersive spectroscopy analysis. For biomedical applications, the nanoparticles were tested against bacteria E.coli and results revealed AgFe nanoparticles

Singularly Perturbed Parabolic Problem with Oscillating Initial Condition

Asan ÖMÜRALİEV | Ella ABILAYEVA

The aim of this paper is to construct regularized asymptotics of the solution of a singularly perturbed parabolic problem with an oscillating initial condition. The presence of a rapidly oscillating function in the initial condition has led to the appearance of a boundary layer function in the solution, which has the rapidly oscillating character of the change. In addition, it is shown that the asymptotics of the solution contains exponential, parabolic boundary layer functions and their products describing the angular boundary layers. Continuing the ideas of works [1, 3] a complete regularize ...More

Synthesis of Nanomaterials by the Pulsed Plasma in Liquid and their Bio-medical Applications

Emil ÖMÜRZAK | Ruslan ADİL AKAY TEGİN

Pulsed plasma in liquid is a simple, ecologically friendly, cost-efficient method based on electrical discharge between two metal electrodes submerged into a dielectric liquid. We synthesized carbon-encapsulated Fe (Fe@C) magnetic nanoparticles with low cytotoxicity using pulsed plasma in a liquid. Body-centered cubic Fe core nanoparticles showed good crystalline structures with an average size between 20 and 30 nm were encapsulated in onion-like carbon coatings with a thickness of 2–10 nm. Thermal gravimetric analysis showed a high stability of the as-synthesized samples under thermal treatme ...More

Copper Nanoparticles: Synthesis and Biological Activity

Emil ÖMÜRZAK | Tinatin DOOLOTKELDİEVA | Saykal BOBUŞOVA

By means of XRD and FESEM analysis, it is established that copper nanoparticles with sizes less than 10 nm are formed during the chemical reduction, which form aggregates mainly with spherical shape. Presence of gelatin during the chemical reduction of copper induced formation of smaller size distribution nanoparticles than that of nanoparticles synthesized without gelatin and it can be related to formation of protective layer. Synthesized Cu nano-powders have sufficiently high activity against the Erwinia amylovora bacterium, and the bacterial growth inhibition depends on the Cu nanoparticles ...More

On the solvability of nonlinear integral equations

Elmira ABDILDAYEVA

The article explores general nonlinear equations with a parameter. Sufficient conditions for the existence of a solution of nonlinear integral equations in the form of the sum of two functions for the individual values of the parameter are found.
