Bu araştırmanın amacı, bağımsız Türk devletleri, azınlık olarak yaşayan Türk toplumları ve özerk olarak yaşayan Türk toplumlarında yaşayan Türklerin, Türk Dünyası ve Türk Dünyası Birliğine ilişkin algıları ortaya koyabilmektir.
