The parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan in October 2015 garnered widespread approval from commentators for the level of fairness and freedom maintained throughout the campaign. However, the results of the vote do not provide a clear indication of the current state of affairs of parliamentarism in the republic. The article analyzes the findings from the destroyed site of Krasnyi Stroitel located on the bank of the Ala-Archa River at the northern outskirts of the city of Bishkek, in the Chuy Valley, Kyrgyzstan. In this area, now taken by a city dump, local school students accidentally found some valuable artifacts, including objects of gold and silver.
