The Impact of Diversity Perception on Organizational Commitment: A Research in Hotel Enterprises

The purpose of this study is to reveal the impact of diversity perception of employees on organizational commitment. For this purpose, the data were collected by questionnaire applied on the staff working in the hotel business operating in the province of Antalya in Turkey. Explanatory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation and regression analyzes were applied on the data obtained.
