Araştırma 2014-2015 vejetasyon döneminde, Türkiye’de Trabzon İli Düzköy İlçesi Beypınarı doğal merasında, farklı azot ve fosfor dozlarının meranın ot verimi, ot kalitesi ve botanik kompozisyona etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Deneme tesadüf bloklarında faktöriyel deneme desenine göre üç tekrarlamalı olarak kurulmuştur. Çalışmada azotun 5 (0, 5, 10, 15, 20 kg /da) ve fosforun 3 (0, 5, 10 kg/da) kombinasyonu incelenmiştir.

The aim of this study was to determine the genetic diversity of 18 tea (Camellia sinensis) genotypes and 6 varieties collected from different provinces in the Black Sea region of Turkey. DNA isolation was performed according to the CTAB method of tea samples. PCR was performed for all DNA samples with 59 ISSR primers. This research was carried out in 2018 in order to determine the hay yields, forage qualities botanical compositions and range conditions of 5 different natural rangelands located at different altitudes the Chuy Region, Kyrgyzstan. Within the scope of this study, seeds were collected from Gypsophila bicolor (Freyn&Sint.) Grossh plants in their natural environment and two different locations (Turkey).
