Kamu Harcamaları ve Ekonomik Büyüme Arasındaki İlişki: Kırgızistan Örneği

Wagner kanununa göre ekonomik büyüme ile kamu harcamaları arasında tek yönlü bir ilişki bulunmaktadır. Milli gelirin artması kamu harcamalarının daha büyük bir oranda artmasına neden olacaktır. Diğer bir ifadeyle, ülkede ortaya çıkan sosyal ve ekonomik gelişme birlikte kişilerin kamusal mallara olan talebi de artmakta, bu da kamu harcamalarının milli gelirin artış hızından daha da yüksek oranda artması ile sonuçlanmaktadır. Analyzing of the Validity of Energy-Growth Hypothesis in N-11 Countries

This study aims to determine which energy-growth hypothesis is valid in Next-11 countries. We adopt a panel estimation techniques for the period of 1984-2010 to examine the possibility of growth, conservative, feedback, or neutrality hypotheses for Next-11 countries. İmalat sanayi GSYİH ve ihracattaki payı nedeniyle ekonomik büyüme açısından önem taşıyan bir sektördür. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de 1998-2016 döneminde ekonomik büyüme, imalat sanayi ihracatı, aramalı ithalatı ve sermaye malı ithalatı arasındaki uzun dönem ve nedensellik ilişkisi ARDL modeli ve hata düzeltme modeli yardımıyla araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular ekonomik büyüme, imalat sanayi ihracatı, aramalı ithalatı ve sermaye malı ithalatı arasında uzun dönemli bir ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir. In many developing countries out of shortage of savings and capital external resources as external debt, foreign direct investment and transfers are play significant role in the fostering economic growth and development. Goal of this paper is to investigate the impact of external public debt, current transfers and foreign direct investments on GDP in the Kyrgyz Republic.
