Sağlıklı buzağılarda yüksek ve düşük doz sisaprid ve betanekol’ün abomazum motilite ve boşalma oranına etkisi

Sığırlarda paralitik ileus, sekum dilatasyonu/dislokasyonu ve abomazum hipotonisi gibi motilite yetersizliğine sebep olan hastalıklar önemli verim kayıplarına neden olabilmektedir. Sığırlarda gastrointestinal motilite düzenleyicileri ile ilgili bilgiler yetersizdir. Sunulan bu araştırmada sisaprid ve betanekol’un iki farklı dozunun ve kombinasyonların sağlıklı buzağıların abomazum motilitesi ve boşalma oranı üzerindeki etkinlikleri dört farklı metotla belirlendi. Bu çalışma Türkiye’de değişik illerden selekte edilen parmak dut (Morus levigata Wall.) ve mor dut (Morus rubra L.) türlerine ait ümitvar genotiplerin Doğu Akdeniz Bölgesi koşullarına adaptasyonlarını belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Ağaçlardan alınan meyve örneklerinde fenolojik gözlem, pomolojik analiz (meyve eni, boyu, meyve ağırlığı, meyve sap uzunluğu, asitlik ve SÇKM miktarı) ve C vitamini (Askorbik asit) tayini incelenmiştir. The accuracy of the two simplified methods : Dincer and Dost (1996) and Dincer and Hussain (2004), used for the determination of the first root of the characteristic equation and the Biot numbers from experimental lag factor data in unidirectional drying of solids has been investigated.
