Bu çalışmada, yurtdışındaki Türk çocuklarına Türkçe'nin öğretiminde, öğretmenlerin karşılaştıkları sorunların belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Veriler 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında Kırgızistan'da faaliyet gösteren Türk devlet okullarında görev yapmakta olan Türkçe öğretmenliği ve sınıf öğretmenliği branşlarından oluşan 15 öğretmenden toplanmıştır. Manas Epic that contains a thousand-year epic tradition, history, culture and world view of the Turkic world in itself can serve as a source for investigating cultural phenomena and archaeological findings of Kyrgyz people as well as the Old Turkic tribes. Last line of Tuba III (E 51) inscription of Yenisey inscriptions or what is balbar = Yenisey Yazıtlarından Tuba III E 51 Yazıtının Son Satırı Ya Da Balbar Nedir

In this article, the last line of the Tuba III (E 51) of Yenisei inscription is handled. While the transcription and interpretation of the other lines of the inscription is a consensus among the scientists, the last line has been read and rendered in five different ways. According to us, among previous readings and meanings of the line in the form of mRBLBriTL:anRxmV, the most accurate recitation is by A. S. Amancolov.
