Soot is one of the products of incomplete combustion of hydrocarbon fuels. It has the property of adsorption of active and carcinogenic substances on the surface of soot particles. In this regard, in burner equipment of medium and small power, it is required to develop and implement effective environmental measures to reduce emissions of soot particles. In this paper, the fuel oil-water-air system at a wide temperature range (T500-3000K) was studied and the ratio of gas-liquid flows (water content in fuel oil 5-15) at the maximum entropy of the system and the formation of soot in flue gases wa ...Более
The main objective of our study is to obtain a complex compound from natural adsorbents to purify wastewater with simultaneous sorption of chemical and microbiological substances contained therein, which contribute to disinfection and softening of water, increasing the degree of treated water saturation with calcium, magnesium salts and trace elements, while not requiring the use of sophisticated equipment. The technical result is to create a complex of adsorbents with the sorbing ability of chemical and microbiological pollution, disinfecting and softening water, enriching it with calcium ion ...Более

Under practical conditions, one of the possible solutions to the problem of treatment of hydrogen-sulfide-containing industrial wastewater is the electrochemical oxidation of sulfides. In this work, the model system Fe-NaCl-Na2S-H2SO4-H2O is considered, an experimental setup is constructed, and the electrocoagulation process is studied in a wide (288-308 K) range of temperatures of an aqueous solution of hydrogen sulfide. The optimal ratios between the initial components in the system are determined. The experimental and calculated pH of the solution are found. The system is thermodynamically ...Более
This paper explores the representation of the concept of water within literature from an eco-feminist perspective, highlighting the intersections between environmental and gender issues. By analyzing the works of Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aitmatov, alongside a broader linguistic and cultural investigation into the concept of water in the Kyrgyz worldview, the paper reveals how water serves as a powerful symbol of life, purity, and continuity. Aitmatov's works, deeply rooted in the ecological landscapes of Kyrgyzstan, often portray water not merely as a physical substance but as a carrier of cultur ...Более
This paper explores the role of water as a commodity in Kyrgyzstan from a semiotic perspective, drawing parallels between the historic Silk Road and contemporary debates surrounding water resources. It analyzes the semiotics of water, examining its representation, interpretation, and symbolic significance in the context of regional cooperation and resource management. By applying semiotic frameworks to understand the complexities of water governance, this study sheds light on the socio-political dynamics shaping water policies in Central Asia. The concept of the Great Silk Road holds immense h ...Более
This paper explores the role of water in Kyrgyz culture, examining its significance in the context of globalization and its implications for the hospitality industry. Drawing from cultural practices involving water as a symbol of hospitality, we explore how cultural sensitivity and understanding shape cross-cultural communication and influence employee and tourist behavior in the hospitality. Through an analysis of traditional customs and proverbs related to water, we seek to provide a deeper understanding of the role of water in fostering hospitality and building connections in a globalized w ...Более
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sports drinks (isotonic) and water consumptions of the elite wrestlers during the exercise. Eighteen-trained elite wrestlers participated in this study. The subjects were divided into two groups according to their body-weight and were also given either water or isotonic sports drink. Water and sports drinks get rid of the dehydration during the trainings (P>0.05). Blood samples were taken before and after the exercises, and were analyzed for Sodium (Na), Potassium (K) and Chlorine (Cl). Body temperatures of subjects were measured as ºC ...Более
The scope of this study is to modify a Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) sensor slide with isophthalic acid to evaluate the possible application on the detection of copper(II) ions in aqueous media by total internal reflection ellipsometry. A gold sensor surface was modified by an electrochemical diazonium reduction modification method. The modified surfaces are characterized with cyclic voltammetry (CV) and ellipsometry. Isophthalic acid monolayer modified gold slides were used for in situdetection of aqueous Cu2+ solution with the SPR enhanced total internal reflection ellipsometry (SPRe-TIRE) ...Более
The aim of this paper is to decide on heavy metal levels based on ecological parameters by effectively eliminating common disadvantages such as high cost and serious time-consuming laboratory procedures via an effective artificial intelligence approach. Therefore, this study is hinged on an artificial intelligence technique, ANN, because of its low cost and high accuracy in overcoming the mentioned limitations and obstacles in the determination process of the amounts of elements. The ANNs have thus been employed to determine essential heavy metals, such as Fe, Mn, and Zn depending on Ca, K, an ...Более
