В данной работе изучались функциональные показатели и физическая работоспособность волейболисток в возрасте 12-15 лет. Исследования проводились в детско-юношеских спортивных школах г. Кант, Токмок и Кара-Балта, Чуйской области, Кыргызской Республики, в которых приняли участие 45 волейболисток в возрасте от 12 до 15 лет.
