Accessibility evaluation of top university websites: a comparative study of Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkey

It is important that university websites and services offered through their sites are used effectively, efficiently and satisfactorily by the whole target group of the university, including disabled users. Learning management system implementation: a case study in the Kyrgyz Republic

In this paper, the determinants of the intention to use online learning management system (LMS) among students in one of universities in the Kyrgyz Republic were studied, using quantitative and qualitative analysis. A total of 541 responses from students, enrolled in online courses during the fall and spring semesters 2016–2017, were used to examine students attitude toward online education. Thermal and Optical Properties of In and In2O3 Nanoparticles Synthesized Using Pulsed Plasma in Water

We present small indium (In) nanoparticles with an average diameter of 4.5 nm synthesized by pulsed plasma in water. Slightly increased lattice constants and thermal stability of the tetragonal In are revealed by X‐ray diffraction analysis, Rietveld refinement, and thermogravimetric analysis. The highly crystalline body‐centered cubic indium oxide (In2O3) nanoparticles with an average diameter of 12 nm and various shapes (semispherical, semihexagonal, and semicubic) are obtained by annealing the as‐synthesized In nanoparticles at 450 °C. В статье исследована система вода - кислород с целью оценки степени ее загрязненности и концентрационного распределения катионов и анионов в растворе. Результаты исследований позволили рассчитать термодинамические параметры системы, определить равновесный состав, рН и Еh ионную силу (I) раствора. Изменения температуры воды от 278 до 303 К при СО2 = 9 мг/л показали изменения концентраций отдельных катионов и анионов в водном растворе. Выщелачивание отвального сурьмяного кека в окислительной среде с целью получения оксида сурьмы

В статье рассмотрены отвальные сурьмяные кековые отходы. На основании результатов атомно-абсорбционого и полуколичественного рентгенофазового спектральных анализов выявлен сложный фазовый состав сурьмяного кека, где в отходах сурьма встречается в виде антимоната кальция CaNaSb2O6(OH) и гидроксооксида сурьмы SbSb2O6(OH). С учетом элементного состава кека осуществлено физико-химическое моделирование процесса деструкции твердой фазы при минимуме энергии Гиббса.
