Bu çalışmada, hayati kararlardan biri olan meslek seçimi aşamasındaki üniversite öğrencilerinin akademisyenlik mesleğine bakış açıları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla Nisan 2013 tarihinde yürütülen araştırmada anket tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Hazırlanan anket lisans düzeyinde turizm eğitimi alan son sınıf öğrencilerine uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada ileri sürülen hipotezler Ki-kare Testi, Mann-Whintey U ve Kruskall Wallis Analizi ile test edilmiş ve hipotezler kabul görmüştür. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’ye Rus turist organize eden tur şirketlerinde turist rehberiolarak istihdam edilen işgören profilini ve karşılaşılan problemleri araştırmaktır. Empowerment Perceptions of Employees in Hotel Enterprises

The concept of empowerment, which is applicable for any social group that the person belongs to, is an essential phenomenon for continuity and success of the organization. The main purpose of this study is to determine the empowerment perceptions of employees in hotel industry.
