The fruit of sea-buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) is a rich source of nutrients and phytochemicals. This study determined the chemical composition and antioxidant activity of sea-buckthorn grown in Issyk-Kul region, Kyrgyz Republic, during maturation from August to November.
