In this paper, a method to generate large amounts of Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) currents with harmonics simulating the actual EAF operation characteristics to be used with deep learning (DL) applications of harmonic estimation is investigated. For this purpose, the behavior of the EAF current harmonics is examined in statistical terms using the field data collected at a transformer substation supplying an EAF plant. The paper presents the study of rheological properties of cake dough from composite mixture of wheat and amaranth flour using Mixolab, Alveolab of CHOPIN company (France). It presents the basic parameters of rheological profile of wheat flour of the first grade “Alia” (Tokmak) and composite wheat and amaranth flour, points of index: index of water absorption, index of stability to mixing, index of gluten, index of viscidity, stability of starch oramylolytic index, index of retrogradations of starch.
In this study silver and tin nanocomposites were synthesized by electro spark dispersion in ethanol. Resulting nanocomposite was characterized by using the powder x-ray diffraction and emission scanning electron microscopy.
It was found by X-ray phase analysis that the product obtained by electro spark joint dispersion of silver and tin in ethanol consists of two phases: Ag3Sn and beta-Sn.
