The extensive use of chromium in leather tanning, metallurgy, electroplating and other industries has resulted in the release of aqueous chromium to the subsurface at numerous sites. Cr (VI) has received considerable attention owing to its extensive industrial applications and has long been recognised as a toxic substance due to its strong oxidising potential and the ease with which it can cross the biological membranes. In recent years the application of various solvent extraction technologies to the removal and concentration of chromium have been widely studied; chemical precipitation, ion e ...Daha fazlası
The objective of this paper was to study the fatty acid composition, and thermal and rheological behavior of Kyrgyz yak (Bos grunniens) visceral fats compared to visceral fats of cow (Bos taurus) and horse (Equus caballus). The result of the studу revealed that the content of saturated fatty acids (SFA) in yak fat was higher than those of unsaturated fatty acids (UFA) (about 58.3 and 38.0 %, respectively). The UFA content in yak fat was higher compared to cow fat (about 27.1 %) and lower than that of horse fat (about 60.0 %). The melting temperatures determined using DSC were found to be 55.18 ...Daha fazlası
This study was carried out to determine the physicochemical and microbiological quality characteristics of some meat samples (Longissimus dorsi, LD; Longissimus lumborum, LL; Longissimus thoracis, LT) that were cooked in sous vide method at different time combinations (2 and 4 hours) at 70°C during the storage process. Meats used as materials in the study were obtained from 22-24 months old Simental cattle. All experimental meat samples were cut in 2x15 cm size and salted. Salted meat samples were vacuum-packed and cooked by sous vide method. Cooked meat samples were stored at 2 ± 2°C for 7 da ...Daha fazlası
The aim of this paper is to construct regularized asymptotics of the solution of a two-dimensional partial differential equation of parabolic type with a small parameter for all spatial derivatives and a rapidly oscillating free term.
The case when the first derivative of the phase of the free term at the initial point vanishes is considered. The two-dimensionality of the equation leads to the emergence of a two-dimensional boundary layer. The presence in the free term of a rapidly oscillating factor leads to the inclusion in the asymptotic of the boundary layer with a rapidly oscillating na ...Daha fazlası
This paper deals with the behaivour of the solutions of the max‐type system of difference equations xn+1=max{1/xn-3,yn/xn}, yn+1=max{1/yn-3,xn/yn}, where the initial conditions are positive real numbers.
Emulsion type liquid membrane process is a new and effective method for separation of mixtures with applications in the nuclear industry, hydrometallurgy and wastewater treatment. The emulsified liquid membrane is made by forming an emulsion of two immiscible phases and then dispersing the emulsion in a third phase (i.e. continuous or feed phase). Phenol is mainly found in the wastewaters of such industries as petroleum refineries and petrochemicals. In addition phenol is also contained in the wastewaters of industries of resins, explosives, paper, plastics, glass and rubbers. Numerous solvent ...Daha fazlası
When learning languages, writing an essay is one of the main methods for assessing students’ knowledge. However, with the development of ICT, language learning is also being transferred to online platforms. At the same time, as the number of students’ increases, the problem of evaluating students’ essays arises. In this paper, we offer an automated system that facilitates instructors while evaluating students’ essays. Currently, the system works for essays written in Turkish. The system was built using the Zemberek library. It allows one to extract text features the essay of several people at ...Daha fazlası
The behaivour of the solutions of the following system of difference equations is examined,
x(n+1)=x(n-20)/[1+x(n-2)x(n-5)x(n-8)x(n-11)x(n-14)x(n-17)]
where the initial conditions are positive real numbers. The initial conditions of the equation are arbitrary positive real numbers. Also, we discuss and illustrate the stability of the solutions in the neighborhood of the critical points and the periodicity of the considered equations
In this problem, we study the solution to boundary value problem for a controlled oscillation process, described by Fredholm integro-differential equation with an inhomogeneous boundary condition. An algorithm is developed for constructing a generalized solution of boundary value problem. It is proved that a weak generalized solution is an element of Hilbert space. Approximate solutions of the boundary value problem are determined and their convergence is proved
