The research focuses on the influence of the media on the agenda setting in Kyrgyzstan.The media have to he influential on readers and audience in order to he able to protect their own assets and to improve themselves. Effect of surfactant materials to nanoparticles formation under pulsed plasma conditions and their antibacterial properties

Pulsed plasma between two Zn rods submerged into aqueous solution of cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) surfactants resulted in formation of pure ZnO nanorods, while the pulsed plasma between two Zn rods in water without surfactant yielded a mixture of ZnO and Zn nanoparticles. Carbon coated ZnO nanorods with about 20 nm thickness and 150 nm length were synthesized by this method using different surfactant materials such as CTAB and SDS. Synthesis of biologically active silver and copper nanocomposites

In the joint chemical reduction of silver and copper ions in the presence of gelatin, regardless of the composition of the reaction medium, a nanocomposite was formed consisting of nanodispersed silver and copper particles. In this research, the dependence of phase composition and dispersity on the synthesis conditions, as well as antibacterial activity of synthesized silver and copper nanocomposites were studied.
