Accessibility evaluation of top university websites: a comparative study of Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkey

It is important that university websites and services offered through their sites are used effectively, efficiently and satisfactorily by the whole target group of the university, including disabled users. Learning management system implementation: a case study in the Kyrgyz Republic

In this paper, the determinants of the intention to use online learning management system (LMS) among students in one of universities in the Kyrgyz Republic were studied, using quantitative and qualitative analysis. A total of 541 responses from students, enrolled in online courses during the fall and spring semesters 2016–2017, were used to examine students attitude toward online education. Представлены результаты трехмерной лазерной записи изображений на пленках аморфного кремния интерференционного фильтра сфокусированным излучением одномодового полупроводникового лазера с λ= 405 nm. A Central Asian View of E-Government Services Adoption: Citizens' Trust and Intention to Use E-Services

Results of survey from a snowball convenient sample of Kyrgyz respondents (N = 216) showed that employees of private sector are more likely to use government websites than those of government employees themselves and level of knowledge about security issues directly related to intention to use of Kyrgyz government websites.
