Toplumsal yapının sürdürülmesi nüfusa yeni bireylerin katılması ile mümkün olmaktadır. Ancak bu katılımın sadece istatistiksel olması beklenilemez. Bu durum bireylerin toplumsal yapının değerlerini içselleştirmeleri ile mümkündür. Bu süreç toplumsallaşma olarak ifade edilir. Politik sistemlerin de meşruiyetlerini sağlayarak varlıklarını koruyabilmeleri için politik toplumsallaştırma (sosyalizasyon) sürecine önem vermeleri gerekir. Bu çalışma kurumsal itibar yönetiminin kurumsal kariyer yönetimine ve bireysel kariyer planlamasına etkilerini araştırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaçla Kırgızistan-Türkiye Manas Üniversitesi’nde bulunan 778 akademik ve idari personel araştırmanın evrenini oluşturmaktadır. Manganese dioxide decorated carboxylated graphene oxide (Mn-GO-COOH) attached onto the glassy carbon (GC) electrode to develop a new method for the simultaneous determination of Cd2+ and Pb2+ ions in rice samples. A novel and functional Multi-Responsive Hydrogel (MRH) was synthesized form N, N dimethyl acrylamide (DMAAm), gelatin, citric acid (CA) and purple cabbage extract (PCE) to be utilized as smart food packaging material. The MRH, which was p(Gelatin-co-DMAAm)/CA-PCE, was synthesized through redox polymerization technique as film form in petri dishes. Mechanical and water resistances of the MRH was improved by addition of citric acid and N, N, methylenebisacrylamide (MBA) as cross linker. Use of Ohmic Heating System in Meat Thawing and Its Effects on Microbiological Quality

This study was conducted to determine the application of the ohmic heating system in meat thawing process and its effects on the microbiological quality of the meats. For this purpose, traditional thawing methods (room temperature and refrigerator) are compared with the ohmic system. Beef loin (Longissimus lumborum, LL) was used as the material in the experiments by cutting into 5x10cm pieces. The concept of Hukuhara Derivative and Aumann Integrals for Intuitionistic fuzzy number valued functions

In this paper we have frstly defned a metric in intuitionistic fuzzy environment and studied its properties. Then we have proved that the metric space of fuzzy number valued functions is complete under this metric. We have studied the concept of Aumann integration for intuitionistic fuzzy number valued functions in terms of α and β cuts. We have given the relation between Hukuhara derivative and Aumann integral for intuitionistic fuzzy valued functions by using the fundamental theorem of calculus.
