Turizm Lisans Eğitimi Alan Öğrencilerin Kariyer Planları ve Turizm Sektörüne Yönelik Tutumu

Turizm işletmelerinde çalışan personelin kişisel kariyer planlaması, iş yaşamına giriş kararının alındığı eğitim yılları ile başlamaktadır. Buradan yola çıkarak çalışmada, Kırgızistan-Türkiye Manas Üniversitesi Turizm ve Otelcilik Yüksekokulu’nda lisans eğitimi alan 3. ve 4. sınıf öğrencilerinin kariyer planları ve turizm sektörüne yönelik tutumlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Empowerment Perceptions of Employees in Hotel Enterprises

The concept of empowerment, which is applicable for any social group that the person belongs to, is an essential phenomenon for continuity and success of the organization. The main purpose of this study is to determine the empowerment perceptions of employees in hotel industry.
