In this study, it was aimed to investigate the political education activities and the activities of the Association of "Down with Illiteracy" of the Soviet Union in Kyrgyzstan between 1924-1927. In accordance with this technique, firstly, by obtaining the necessary permissions from the Kyrgyzstan State Archive Directorate ((SIC)Gamma Alpha), the documents related to education were collected and interpreted on the basis of the literature.
